bootfd

load bootsector from disc (it’s useful for some demo).

Usage:
Insert the disk file and start binary

BUG : There is a bug in telestrat. FDC has a bug, in that case we can not start some demo because code on target software does not handle this bug (except blake’s 7 for example)
